What is it?

A surreal weekender for cynical people who crave new experiences and want to parody pseudo-spirituality and self-appointed gurus. 

Everyone attends in costume and in character as a cult leader of your own choosing or design, real or made up.

There are NO followers, only leaders. You are not coming to recruit people into your cult, you are here to NETWORK with other cult leaders.

Bring home made pamphlets, collateral and a brief manifesto of your cult and feel free to host a workshop or show a PowerPoint presentation in the conference schedule.

Conference Details

7 to 11pm Friday: Our official welcome, an unforgettable, informative & Satanic team-building initiation ceremony to shepherd our esteemed attendees into the fold. Not to be missed.

9am to 5pm Saturday: Conference networking involves meeting other Cult Leaders & Gurus to build professional relationships, exchange information, and create opportunities for collaboration. 

We invite you to present your concept or run a workshop in our compulsory schedule. At your disposal will be a projector, flip charts, whiteboard, wireless headsets, synthesizer & microphones (with vocal effects).

9am to 3pm Sunday: Build on your new & existing connections with industry peers, exercise newfound skills, formalise endorsements and make memories! A glorious day of rites & ceremonies.

Participation: Whether completely improvised or planned ahead; the stage is yours! Alternately, feel free to "go along for the ride" and find your Inner Guru through our Gold-Standard Industry-Recognised Professional Coaching & Peer Development Program.

Venue / Accommodation: A cult compound on a private property with hot showers, bunks, a commercial kitchen and wood stove heating.

2WD and big vehicle accessible, with unlimited space for camping. 

The accomodation fees will also cover essential basics such as coffee, toilet paper, corporate sundries and lentil gruel etc.

Food: The entire weekend is fully catered with a healthy, Veg & GF inclusive menu of food & drinks. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
